Job Description: As a Restaurant Equipment Dealer Representative, you will be the face of our company to our network of restaurant equipment dealers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with restaurant equipment dealers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Promote our product lines, services, and promotions to dealers effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our equipment’s features and benefits.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing dealer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to provide valuable insights to dealers.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the restaurant equipment industry.
